One of UpAdapt’s Client is looking for Senior Executive – Digital Office Position
Reports to: Cluster Manager
Location: Vikarabad, Hospet, Alappuzha, Chalakudi, Karur, KALPETTA, Chikkodi, IDUKKI, DO_Kothagudem, Karur, Channapatna, DO_Kangeyam, Haveri, Trivalrur - Entire South
Fresher’s Qualifications:
MBA is must
Experience Qualifications:
Only Male candidates is preferred
Experience of 1 to 7 yrs. in Bank, Insurance, Banca, Brocca or any sales field is accepted
Age Limit is 35 yrs. (If the candidate is really good can go up to 40yrs.)
Education: Minimum Graduation
Candidate should be localities and the candidates must be staying in the distance range of 50km to 100km.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
To drive the Agency premium in the location for Health & Motor business
To monitor and drive Agency business of location through:
o Agency Recruitment
o Agent Activation
o Agent Productivity
o Agent Engagement Matrix
To drive the key agency matrix and uniform practices
Drive Sales in Partner Locations – Banks and Two / Three / Four Wheeler Vehicles Dealers
Achieve the top line and bottom line as per defined matrix
Provide strategic inputs from geographical perspective and periodically review, design and implement plans
Driving renewals as per target
Key Requirements – Education & Certificates:
Graduate /Post Graduate in Sales and Marketing
Expert skills on MS office
Health Insurance domain knowledge
Key Requirements - Experience & Skills:
Understanding of Agency business
Flair to drive sales teams
Hands on experience in managing large data and analytics
The shortlisted candidates will be working in 3 channels which is Banca, Agency and Dealer and will be reporting to the cluster heads.
