Job Description
You will be responsible for coordinating both Human Resource and Office Administration, ensure compliance and providing support to all Mapletree India offices.
Job Responsibilities
• Provide HR and administrative support to all India offices, which includes filing of documents, setting up proper records and systems.
• Prepare and close purchase requisition, purchase orders, submit invoices for HR and Admin vendor orders
• Assist in arranging of interviews, onboarding, in-service support and exit management of employees.
• Coordinate between HR, vendors and India Government Authorities, ensuring compliance to the labour laws and statutory regulations at all times.
• Coordinate with Finance and department colleagues on day-to-day operations, documentation, and participate in annual audits, etc.
• Source and arrange Wellness events, staff engagement activities, training courses and seminars for staffs, as well as to coordinate and administer training activities.
• Liaise with all vendors related to works like admin procurement, travel, hotel, etc.
• Assist in travel for flight bookings, cab bookings and hotel reservation for both Commercial and Log projects
• Track training hours against KPI's and including in management reporting.
• Update orientation slides with new information from time-to-time.
• Advice employees about company policy, benefits, welfare programs, and company processes.
• Assist in staff expense claims as and when require and arranging for meetings, meeting rooms and overseeing of upkeep of office, etc.
• Manage ad-hoc assignments as and when required
Job Requirements
• Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration
• At least 5 years of HR and Office Administration experience
• Possess good communication skills and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate across all levels, good command of MS office skills.
• Possess organizational ability, meticulous, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Good understanding of India labour codes and employment regulations
