Job Description
We are looking for a candidate who is currently working in Talent acquisition role in any of the leading logistics, E Commerce or staffing Companies, have hands on experience in hiring up to Manager level positions with Pan India responsibility.
Role : Senior Executive - HR
Location : Palakkad
Responsibilities :
• The role will manage the Talent Acquisition function
• Employee Engagement
• Implementation of HR initiatives – PMS, L & D etc
• SPOC for all HR matters of the vertical
Qualifications
• Post-Graduation in HR
• 4+ years of experience in HR, especially Talent Acquisition in E-Commerce / Logistics/ Staffing Companies
• Good Communication Skills in English, Hindi & Tamil
• Good Analytical Ability
• Ability to deal with people in all hierarchical levels
