Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top-tier candidates for various roles within the resort.
• Employee Engagement: Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive work culture to ensure employee satisfaction and retention.
• HR Operations: Oversee employee records, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Training & Development: Design and implement training programs that help our team members grow professionally and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Performance Management: Implement performance appraisals and feedback systems to ensure continuous improvement and development of staff.
• Conflict Resolution: Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts in a fair and timely manner to maintain a harmonious work environment.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of professionalism.
