Position Title: Senior Executive- Human Resource

Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Timings: 10 AM to 6:30 PM
Work Days: Monday-Saturday

Laxmi Nagar, Ghatkopar East, Mumbai 400075.
Requirements and Responsibility
1. Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of Experience
2. Will be responsible for Payroll processing.
3. Should have sound knowledge in dealing with statutory compliance - Min wages, ESIC, PF, LWF, S&E licences, contract labour registrations etc
4. Good with creating & adhering to Policies and processes.
5. A team player with leadership skills.
6. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
7. Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
8. Overseeing the recruitment process for the office.
+. Will be responsible for Processing employee data.
10. Must handle employee grievances and conduct employee engagement activities
