A leading logistics company is hiring for a Senior Executive-Human Resources Role with an experience in Employee Relations and Industrial Relations.
We need a candidate with around 5 to 6 years of experience in handling the HR Generalist profile.
Preferably should have working knowledge being in a factory/service industry catering to large base of blue collared employees.
Educational Qualification requirement:
1. MSW/MBA
2. Having certification in labour laws/compliances

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
