Training Executive often have backgrounds in business, leadership, human resources, development
and education. Training manager responsibilities include enhancing employees skills, performance,
productivity and quality of work.
Designation - Senior Executive - Training
Roles & Responsibilities –
• Evaluating individual and organizational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
• To design and conduct training sessions for employees for kitchen staff.
• To help in creating training based budget and Calendar.
• Facilitating and designing Induction and On boarding of new Candidates.
• Promote the culture of self motivated learning culture.
• Designing various functional and behavioral training modules.
• Constant updation of training content.
• To conduct Competency based training need analysis.
• Conduct kitchen training.
CTC - 3.50 L to 4 L
Candidate Requirements & Skill set
• Any Graduate / MBA fresher prefered.
• Prefred expereine is from QSR, Food processing, food & beverages.
• Experience - Min 0.6 months to 4 yrs.
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
• Flexible for travelling to different kitchens in intercity or intracity
