Desired Candidate Profile
• Responsible for the day to day management of vehicles for Line haul operations .
• On time MIS preparation & bills follow-ups with Business Associates / Vendors.
• Ensure company's targets and objectives are met to meet customer requirements.
• Must possess good communication skills and should be a good team player & Act Independently at the organisational
level.
• Should have basic knowledge of ERP system & should be versed with Ms- Excel.
• Should be able to efficiently manage a team of semiskilled and skilled associates on the assembly line and at the plant
stores
Job Responsibilities
• Sound knowledge of In-Plant warehousing Activities and Processes
• Should have inbound and outbound process.
• Sound knowledge of WMS.
• Must have the knowledge of all the required documentation process at dispatch & receipt.
• Should have knowledge of 5S, Kaizen etc.
• Basic awareness of safety rules & policies
• Should be versed with Daily PI activities & Cycle Count process.
• Ensure 100% adherence to the set and agreed SLA and KPIs for assembly and stores
• Plan, co-ordinate and monitor all the vehicles to be run in linehaul.
• Monitor leave and attendance of associates, training and operations supervision
• Should be capable of proper utilization of manpower
