Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and manage the company's online presence on Instagram and Facebook
• Engage with followers, and respond to comments, messages, and reviews
• Identify relevant leads from social media interactions and direct them to the sales team
• Maintain and update lead sheets, track customer interactions and potential sales opportunities
• Prepare and maintain reports related to online reputation, customer engagement, and lead management
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for consistent messaging and customer experience
• Monitor online discussions and sentiment, provide feedback and insights to internal teams
• Handle customer complaints and negative feedback professionally and constructively
• Implement strategies to enhance and protect the company's online reputation
• Update website content, including price changes, banner updates, and other modifications
• Coordinate with the web development team for timely website updates
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices in online reputation management
