Mahalaxmi RubTech Limited located at Sanand, Ahmedabad, is an established Manufacturer & Exporter of speciality products – Off-set Printing Blankets, Textiles Coated Fabrics, Technical Textiles and related Rubber composites.
Job Description :
The Company is looking for Senior Executive to handle shop-floor operations of Production & Quality Assurance for their Off-set Printing Blanket ( Rubber Fabric Composite) Division & Technical Coated Fabrics Division.
Any graduate, preferably with Engineering or Technology in Rubber / Mechanical / Chemical / Polymer / Production, with at least 8 to 10 years of hands on experience of handling daily operations of production, quality, packing and despatches. He should be willing to stay in or around Sanand.
Role & Responsibilities :
· Production Planning & Control.
· End to End Manufacturing activities.
· Improved production systems.
· Manpower handling.
· Effective leadership to all teams.
· Efficient coordination with all support functions.
· Sustaining & improving the MIS with live control on FG inventory.
· Export-compliant packing and documentation.
· Meeting to Delivery schedules.
