Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HVAC Purchase Executive to join our team on a full-time basis in New Delhi. This role is essential to ensuring smooth procurement of HVAC components, materials, and equipment necessary for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage procurement activities for HVAC systems and components
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery and competitive pricing
• Review purchase orders and invoices for accuracy and compliance
• Maintain inventory levels and forecast material requirements
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and timelines with suppliers
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to align procurement with technical requirements
• Monitor market trends and evaluate supplier performance
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procurement procedures
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement or purchase roles, preferably in the HVAC industry
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good understanding of HVAC materials, equipment, and technical specifications
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
