Job Summary
Deal management and make goods of spots
Coordinate with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
Coordinate with internal departments on S&P, Marketing, Research projects
Assist frontline with sales operations
Core Responsibilities
1. Revenue: Implementation of deals, sponsorship entitlements and material management
Spot booking & make goods
Deal consumptions and sponsorship reconciliations
Agency chase-ups with operations teams
2. Sales support
project & material coordination with internal departments / agencies relating to S&P, marketing,
trade premia, research etc.
Internal MIS / report management for office including documentation, sales decks etc.
External MIS / communication relating to database management, routine channel information / highlights, ongoing collections follow up etc.
3. Sales
Go on sales calls with frontline salespeople and look to take on independent sales responsibilities
Desired Skills & Experience
Graduate/ Post graduate with 3-5 yrs of experience into sales operations with a media organization
Good at analytical skills
