Roles and Responsibilities
Experience in handling a team of 3-4 members.Good Customer Service, Willingness to listen and respond to complaints, Understand, and resolve concerns from guests, Strong Organizational Skills, Knowledge of Sales and Training Planning, Problem Solving Skills for both customers and staff members, Good Leadership to help oversee and motivate staff members.To implement and manage operational plans.Working with the management team, the position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices.Good project management experience, ability to define projects and execute within timelines and proven ability to deliver projects on time and to budget.Managing the day-to-day operations of a company's franchise locations, training new employees-Pharmacist and Colleague, and ensuring that all franchisees comply with company standardsOverseeing employee hiring practices to ensure that new hires are a good fit for the company cultureDeveloping new products or services for existing markets to increase sales and profitsEstablishing standards for operations and procedures that meet company guidelinesDesired Candidate ProfileExperience of managing remote team members will be an added advantage.A strong creative background with creative ideas.Must have the ability to communicate professionally and clearly both orally and in writing.Experience in field operations across the state and knowledge of district / village levelGood oral and written communication skills, English and Hindi.Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must.Ability to prioritize projects and excellent problem solving and people skills required.
