Fashion Designer Bridalwear & Ethnic wear
Experience with end-to-end product development in bridalwear and ethnic wear
Ideate Indian Ethnic wear concepts, sketches and work with vendors, or in-house team to create swatches and samples as per pattern-making speck sheet.
Work on the entire product line and setup of a sampling unit for sampling and product development.
Vendor interactions, onboarding and coordination.
Product merchandising, positioning, pricing, sourcing and coordination with potential vendors and tie-ups for custom order supplies.
Work on creating a model and template of the sourcing and supply chain aspects for the purpose of product launch.
Work on an ideal blend of vendors and in-house setup for streamlining product flow and turnaround of product within the stipulated delivery time.
Work on detailed cost sheet based on components of raw material, handwork, stitching and other expenses.
Ability to create a product line for showcase and exhibitions as well as custom orders based on individual client requirements.
Knowledge of production techniques, quality parameters and coordination with production.
