What you need to know...
Permanent full time - 76 hours per fortnight
the package: $62,272 - $74,261 plus superannuation, per annum
location - Grafton
+ day fortnight
access to fitness passport
About the role
Are you passionate about Horticulture, parks-gardens, street gardens, tree planting and maintenance? Are you looking for an opportunity to express your enthusiasm for planning and delivering services to improve our open spaces such as parks assets valued by the community? Apply to join Clarence Valley Council’s Open Spaces team for the opportunity to test and grow your skills in one of the most scenically beautiful and geographically diverse areas of the Northern Rivers.
We are seeking an experienced and outstanding leader for our Parks Maintenance South Grafton Team. We are looking for a candidate that will efficiently and effectively plan and implement the operations and maintenance of Council’s Open Space Parks and Reserves and to apply quality horticulture and leadership skills, from the mountain ranges to the coastal fringes within the Clarence Valley. This position is located at Council's Rushforth Road Works Depot, however, this may change should business needs identify other work locations to be more appropriate to deliver our services in the future.
A probation period applies to this position.
