Senior Finance Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Chartered Accountant/ MBA with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience to join our Finance team as an FP&A Analyst. The role involves financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis of business performance, and supporting strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a good grasp of financial modeling, and the ability to work closely with business teams to deliver insights.

Key Responsibility:

 Assist in preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.

 Support in developing financial models to evaluate business performance, new projects, and investments.

 Conduct variance analysis of actual performance against budget/forecast and provide actionable insights.

 Prepare and analyze management reports, dashboards, and MIS to track KPIs and business drivers.

 Partner with cross-functional teams (operations, merchandising, sales, etc.) to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

 Work on cash flow forecasting and assist in liquidity planning.

 Support senior management in board presentations, investor decks, and strategic reviews.

 Identify and recommend process improvements in reporting, forecasting, and analysis.

 Stay updated with industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices in FP&A.

 Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations for financial statements

Requirements:

 Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA with 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or related roles.

 Strong knowledge of financial statements, ratios, and corporate finance concepts.

 Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to financial modeling tools or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) is an advantage.

 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

 Strong communication and presentation skills to interact with senior stakeholders.

 Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
