Lead and provide strategic advice on financial operations and reporting
Drive the development of financial policies and ensure they align with departmental and whole-of-government objectives
Oversee the preparation of the our annual financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards
Lead a talented team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including central agencies and external service providers
????About you
Strong leadership and strategic financial management experience
Understanding in public sector financial management and procurement practices
Proven ability to manage high-performing teams and foster collaboration
Communication and negotiation skills
Member of a professional accounting body (preferred)
