Senior Financial Accountant

Our client, a well-established financial services firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Accountant to join their team in Jaipur, Rajasthan, IN . This role is critical for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial records and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing the general ledger, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with all accounting policies and procedures. You will play a key role in the month-end and year-end closing processes, as well as assisting with internal and external audits. The Senior Financial Accountant will also be involved in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Developing and implementing improvements to accounting processes and internal controls will be a significant aspect of this role. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational abilities, and proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, along with a professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA), is required. Significant relevant experience in a similar role is essential.
