The Opportunity
*Fixed-Term 3 Months Contract*
Reporting to Group Financial Controller, you will have experience working with the sector and be able to clearly understand retirement Finance commitments and how we operate. You will be committed to delivering quality outcomes while supporting the wider Finance team to reach their goals and commitments.

You will
Preparation and posting of accounting journals to accurately reflect the financial position and performance of dormant and inactive entities in the Group.
Review of general ledger reconciliations and data to assess whether accounting policies and procedures have been consistently applied.
Identify, develop and implement accounting processes which are efficient, effective and well documented.
Work together with the Group Finance team to respond to audit requests in a timely and effective manner.
What you'll bring
Tertiary qualification in Accounting, commerce or relevant field
CPA /CA qualification
Experience managing the end to end financial accounting process
Experience preparing audit, taxation and statutory reporting information
High level of numeracy skills
Strong data analysis skills with Excel and Power BI
Ability to work with tight reporting deadlines and prioritise workload
Experience working within a Retirement organisation and model (desirable)
