About the Position
Relay Human Cloud is seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and superior writing and communication skills.
The Accountant will be responsible for preparing weekly check runs, initiating electronic payments, and performing bank reconciliations. They will also provide feedback to project managers on development project financial status and assist with year-end audits/compilations as needed.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of development and job cost practices, contract management in Yardi, and experience with major systems. They will also possess leadership practices, strong analytical skills, and proficient use of personal computers and related software applications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare weekly check runs and disbursement of draws
• Initiate electronic payments with various banks
• Perform bank reconciliations for various projects
• Provide feedback to Project Managers on development project financial status
• Assist with Year-end audits/compilations, cost certifications as needed
