Job Title: Senior Financial Director
About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Senior Financial Director to lead our finance and accounting function.
Main Responsibilities:
• Lead a high-performing accounting team and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive business growth and profitability.
• Maintain statutory and regulatory compliance in areas such as GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC filings.
• Coordinate audits and work with internal and external auditors to ensure seamless processes.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial planning to optimize business performance.
• Implement robust internal controls and enhance financial management practices.
A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is essential for this role. Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience and possess excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
The successful candidate will also have a strong foundation in accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations, along with proficiency in accounting software such as Tally or ERP.
