Job Description
Manage accounting operations including transaction recording, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial statement preparation.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, monitor cash flow, and perform other related tasks.
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of bills and other obligations.
• Identify areas for cost reduction and implement efficiency improvements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external auditors and senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with relevant statutes and guidelines.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Professional certification such as CA/CS/CMA would be advantageous.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
• Knowledge of accounting software, including TDS, GST, and TALLY ERP.
