What You’ll Be Doing
Looking to interpret complex accounting guidance for financial leaders across the globe? The financial reporting department at TTEC provides a unique opportunity for career growth in this market.
You'll report to the Principal of Technical Accounting, and will be a key part of our monthly and quarterly close process and our quarterly US SEC reporting . The role is highly visible, interacting frequently with leaders across the organization.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
• Lead the monthly accounting close and quarterly reporting processes for certain complex accounting areas, such as goodwill, stock-based compensation, impairments, and other technical accounting processes
• Analyze the accounting guidance implications of business transactions
• Support the M&A process including validation of information related to purchased financials and determination of purchase price accounting
• Help prepare consolidated financial statements, footnotes, and audit requests for our annual audit and quarterly reviews
• Stay up to date with SOX requirements as you maintain compliance with important controls associated with the monthly close and financial reporting processes
• Assist and coordinate the audits of statutory financial statements in countries outside the US, which includes preparing the financial statements
• Assist the general ledger team with special projects when needed
• Participate and provide input in process improvement projects

The anticipated range is $X annually. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
