As a Sr. Fund Accountant, you will play a key role in maintaining fund financials and meeting reporting goals. Reporting to the VP, you'll collaborate with third-party administrators, auditors, and investment teams to ensure accurate and timely fund reporting.
Position Details:
• Location: Atlanta, GA - WFH on Fridays
• Salary: $+0k-$115k
• Industry: Venture Capital and Private Equity
• Experience: QuickBooks proficiency is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare quarterly/annual fund financial statements
• Facilitate year-end audit process
• Liaise with investment teams for seamless deal execution and portfolio monitoring
• Review tax returns and maintain bank accounts
• Manage fund liquidity and line of credit
