Compensation and Benefits Strategist
The ideal candidate will oversee our global compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring it is competitive and aligned with business objectives. They will lead the design and implementation of total rewards and payroll programs to attract, motivate, and retain top talent globally.
This role involves partnering with senior leadership, HRBPs, and finance teams to deliver an exceptional employee rewards experience and maintain robust payroll and benefits operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Developing and implementing a comprehensive global compensation and rewards strategy
• Establishing and maintaining job evaluation, salary structures, and pay frameworks
• Leading annual compensation review cycles
• Conducting compensation and benefits benchmarking
• Providing actionable insights and analytics on cost, pay trends, and workforce data
Requirements:
• MBA or Master's degree in HR or related discipline
• 15+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a C&B and payroll leadership role
• Strong understanding of compensation frameworks, payroll systems, and statutory regulations
• Proven experience with HRMS platforms
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills
