We have an opportunity for an experienced, team-oriented, highly motivated and well-networked Senior Account Manager to join our growing NSW team and help take our organisation to the next level.
We are seeking a person who is able to manage and develop new relationships with new and existing government clients and work closely with other Client Relationship Managers and Consultants to help grow the NSW and greater Terra Firma business, adding value to our customers and providing them with an outstanding experience.

The principal focus of this role will be to identify and develop new business opportunities, extend current client relationships and develop diverse consulting opportunities for our consultants. The successful consultant will work within a high performing team, developing and implementing strategic account plans, responding to RFPs, RFTs, and RFQs and working with consultants to develop opportunities within the client base.
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:
Strong relationship building and networking abilities
Strong relationships within the Government space
A consultative approach to understanding clients’ needs and defining innovative solutions
Ability to understand client needs and manage large accounts
An ability to proactively build a pipeline of business
Exceptional communication skills
A team-oriented, collegiate and proactive working style
