What will I do?
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of Employee Relations case workload and managing the Employee Relations team. Responsible for providing expert advice in line with business strategy and support on a range of HR matters, ensuring accurate advice and support is provided in line with all company procedures and legal requirements.
Is this the role for me?
You'll be qualified to CIPD Level 5, or above, or equivalent experience
Have a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role
Have a sound understanding of the principles of good HR practice
Strong employment law knowledge
Analyse and report on HR Metrics, KPIs and GDPR for Senior Leadership Team COR Pack
Willing to embrace new ways of working and bring creative ideas and innovation to the team to support the continued improvement of the HR function
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and influence at all levels and challenge, when appropriate with tact and diplomacy
High level of personal integrity and professionalism with respect and empathy for others and the ability to act as an ambassador for the company at all times
A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
Experience working in a multi-site business desirable
