Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to manage and enhance the student lifecycle experience, with a strong emphasis on retention strategies. This role will act as a bridge between students, academic teams, and administrative functions to ensure a seamless, engaging, and supportive environment throughout the student journey.
Key Responsibilities
1. Student Lifecycle Management
• Oversee the end-to-end student lifecycle—from onboarding and engagement to completion and alumni transition.
• Design and implement initiatives that improve student experience at each stage.
• Monitor student satisfaction and proactively address concerns.
2. Retention Strategy
• Develop and execute retention programs to reduce student attrition.
• Analyze trends and data to identify risk factors affecting retention.
• Partner with academic and support teams to implement timely interventions.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work closely with faculty, counselors, and operations teams to align on student needs.
• Act as a point of contact for resolving student-related escalations.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives focused on engagement and well-being.
4. Communication & Engagement
• Maintain clear, empathetic, and professional communication with students.
• Conduct regular feedback sessions, surveys, and engagement activities.
• Build strong relationships to foster trust and a sense of belonging.
5. Data & Reporting
• Track key metrics such as attendance, engagement, satisfaction, and retention rates.
• Generate reports and insights for leadership to support decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in HRBP, student engagement, or similar roles.
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.

• Experience in education, ed-tech, or training environments.
• High emotional intelligence and empathy.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹17,119.56 - ₹38,946.97 per month
