Roles & Responsibilities:
Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)
Culture and Performance Management:
Participates in facilitating department goals, objectives, and systems.
Assists all stakeholders in the performance review process.
Partner with business leaders and employees to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce.
Creating a pleasant, healthy work environment and ensuring that Ducen is a highly rewarding and happy workplace.
Contribute to the development and achievement of strategic and tactical objectives by attracting, developing, managing, motivating, and retaining the talents.
Culture and Performance Management:
Design and drive employee engagement activities
Conduct pulse conversations/dipsticks/surveys/1 on 1/Skip and create action plans to make Ducen employer of choice.
Drive Rewards and recognition program.
Manage internal employee communications.
Manage employee lifecycle activities such as exit conversations, employee queries, handling grievances, etc.
Onboarding activities:
Manage end to end onboarding activities.
We want you to have:
MBA/MSW from a reputed university.
6-8 years of experience, preferably in a corporate HR role.
Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the stakeholders to achieve results.
A people engager.
A go-getter.
Strong HR acumen.
Excellent communication skills.
