• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 4-6 years of progressive experience in HR, preferably in a consulting or services industry
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software
• Certification in HR management is a plus
Roles And Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and career development
• Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment, claims, and communication
• Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices
