Roles and Responsibilities.
Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
Manage employees’ grievances.
Implement performance review procedures (quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations).
Directing and overseeing the hiring, training, and dismissal processes and administering and monitoring benefit programs.
Manage and supervise other HR staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks
Prepare Attendance Data for the month for all employees and process payroll
Should be responsible for all documentation, employee background verification, maintaining employee records, leave and attendance management, and joining & exit formalities.
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
Attendance tracking and payroll.
Nurture a positive working environment
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance and statutory compliance throughout human resource management.
Skills and Qualifications
MBA/Master's degree in human resource
2+ years of experience as an HR in the IT Industry.
Experienced in ESI, PF, and professional tax filing and registration.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Honest, ethical, and dependable.
Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable
Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
