Job Responsibilities:-
Recruitment to exit process
Compile, update and archive employee records
Prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing / recruitment, training, maintain attendance/ leaves/Overtime/nightshift allowance, Handle Employee grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.)
Deal with employee requests & clarifications regarding human resources policy.
Handbook, rules, and regulations
Assist the accounts department in payroll preparation by providing relevant attendance data on time.
Handle grievances and escalate to management when necessary.
Conduct initial orientation program for new employees
Conduct exit interviews of departing employees
Assist during recruitment (Obtain CVs, facilitate interviews, process initial paper work, etc.)
Required Skills and Qualifications:-
Monitoring biometric reports
Maintaining employee's personnel files
Conducting employee engagement activities regularly
End to End recruitment, maintaining MIS reports.
Assist in EHS activities/ compliance
Be well-versed in laws and regulations from on-boarding to exit process.
MBA (Preferred)
HR: Minimum 5 years (Preferred)
No. of Openings: 2
Location: Chennai & Madurai
Day shift: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Preferred: Immediate joiner / 15 days
Working Days - Monday - Saturday
Supplemental pay types: Yearly bonus / Yearly Hike
