Tanda is seeking a senior HR and Industrial Relations advisor to join our team in Brisbane. You’ll be part of a new team in Tanda, delivering HR advice to customers. You will help small businesses resolve their most common and most challenging HR problems.

About you:
At least 2 years experience working in HR advice or Industrial relations
Experience dispensing advice to clients
A solid understanding of Australian industrial relations law
Not keen to be a corporate drone
Ready and willing to work in a fast growing company without a lot of structure
About the role:
Starting in a new team without any established structure or processes, inventing as you go
Handling a high volume of inbound customer enquiries per day
Working with clients at a fast pace to deliver high quality advice and resolve customer issues
Being pragmatic, and helping customers solve problems
