About the Role
As the Senior HR Lead, you’ll design and drive the complete HR charter for the Madverse — from building a modern HR infrastructure and digital-first processes to nurturing a culture of creativity, growth, and accountability.
This isn’t a traditional HR manager role. You’ll be a strategic partner to leadership, a culture architect, and a data-driven transformer shaping the future of work at Mad Men Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
I. Core HR Infrastructure & Governance
• Establish and standardize HR policies, payroll, compliance, and handbooks
• Implement HRMS and dashboards integrating leave, reimbursements, and appraisals
• Oversee legal contracts, NDAs, POSH, and vendor compliance
II. Compensation, Benefits & Performance
• Design role-based salary grids and incentive structures
• Drive performance management (Mad Ratings) and OKR alignment
• Plan retention programs, bonuses, and long-term incentive frameworks
III. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle with AI-driven tools & scoring models
• Partner with creative and strategy heads to define role clarity per team
• Lead Mad-o-thon, campus connect programs, and Work Mad. Live Mad. employer branding initiatives
IV. Culture, Learning & Engagement
• Lead culture rituals (Mad Mondays, Shoutouts, Townhalls, Mad Meetups)
• Launch Mad Academy – a learning and upskilling ecosystem
• Build programs for inclusion, well-being, and leadership development
V. Workforce Planning & Management
• Coordinate with vertical leads to manage the Mad dashboard for resource allocation and hiring forecasts
• Track productivity, utilization, and workload balance
VI. Digital HR & Transformation
• Champion digital transformation of HR via HRMS, ATS, and sentiment analysis tools
• Develop data dashboards to track engagement, attrition, and team health
• Introduce AI-enabled workforce analytics and predictive insights
VII. Leadership & Governance
• Partner with founders on leadership communication, value codification, and alignment
• Act as a culture guardian and ethics advisor
• Drive 360° feedback loops, leadership reviews, and role-clarity programs
Who You Are
• 7–12 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a lead role at a creative or digital agency
• Strong exposure to both strategy and execution – from hiring to culture to analytics
• High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
• Digitally fluent – comfortable using HR tech and AI-powered systems
• A proactive, people-first leader with a passion for building creative, future-ready teams
