Job Description
Our client, an education provider in Oxfordshire, is seeking a new member of their HR team to working collaboratively across their Trust of schools. This role is a maternity cover contract and is expected to commence on 3 March 2026 and is expected to continue until 2+ November 2026.
The role will involve on site school working across Oxfordshire - generally 2 days a week each, at 2 of the secondary schools and one day a week at the primary school, however this will be dependent on the HR needs of the schools and where the HR support is most needed. There is car parking available at each school and you must be able to be onsite. Occasional home working may be considered in school holidays.
They may consider part-time working - 3 or 4 days a week. They can also consider term-time only for full-time hours.
There are 7 people in the HR team, and the SHRO will report to the HR Manager.
