Our team is hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to support our growing team. You will be responsible for end-to-end middle east recruitment. This is a full-time role that will help our team deliver the right candidates that our clients require.
We’re looking for an experienced, responsible, and hard-working recruitment consultant who can manage their time effectively. The role requires drive and a sense of accountability because the day-to-day working environment will involve very little direct supervision.
Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing, Screening, and shortlisting for junior, Mid, and senior candidates from Job Portals and Social Media websites.
2. Explain to the candidates about the job requirements in detail and convince the candidates.
3. Post jobs on Linkedin accordingly.
4. Achieve recruitment targets.
We are offering a very good salary along with other benefits.
We have yearly appraisals and a good incentives system as well.
