Job Description
Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives and programs to support the growth and success of the organization.
Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide HR support and guidance to help achieve them.
Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders, providing them with insights and recommendations on people and culture matters.
Lead and drive the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning for employees.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies to attract top talent.
Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and regulations, and provide guidance to managers and employees on employment laws and best practices.
Conduct regular analysis of HR metrics to identify trends and develop data-driven solutions to address any issues or opportunities.
Support the learning and development of employees by identifying training needs, designing and delivering training programs, and promoting a culture of continuous learning.
Partner with the Compensation team to ensure fair and competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's goals and values.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and ensuring that all employees feel valued and supported.
Act as a change agent, driving organizational and cultural changes to support the company's growth and evolution.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR, and proactively bring new ideas and innovations to the organization.
Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities to support their growth and success.
