Knowledge of Payroll and HRISTo take care of statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, LWF-Monthly & yearly payment, PT, Leave Encashment and Gratuity.To be updated about the minimum wages and its implementation.Grievance handling in respect of Attendance, leaves, salary, PF, UAN activation & ESICMIS report generationMaintenance of Compliance related register/paperworkEmployee Recruitment
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Preferably 3-4 years of experience in HR Operations (Payroll Processing & Compliances).Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
