As a Senior Human Resources Advisor, you will partner closely with leaders to provide high'quality, senior'level HR advice, with a strong emphasis on complex employment relations cases. You will be confident working independently, exercising sound judgement, and constructively challenging thinking to bring fresh perspectives and practical solutions in a fast'paced and evolving environment.
You will be comfortable operating with ambiguity and competing priorities, proactively identifying issues and opportunities, and flexing across a broad range of generalist HR matters. Building credibility quickly, influencing outcomes, and adding value through pragmatic and timely advice will be key to your success, along with contributing to core HR priorities, supporting and developing others, and strengthening people leadership capability across the organisation.

Proven senior'level HR generalist experience, with the capability to operate autonomously across a broad range of people matters across the employment life cycle
Strong employment relations expertise, including supporting complex and sensitive ER cases end to end. Investigation experience would be advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to provide independent, high'quality HR advice, exercising sound judgement with minimal supervision
Capability to challenge thinking and influence leaders, including providing clear, constructive advice in complex situations
Ability to work effectively in ambiguity, managing competing priorities in a fast'paced environment
Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, ensuring timely, high'quality delivery
Clear and effective communication skills, particularly in difficult or sensitive conversations
