Job Description
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Sr. HRBP to drive HR for specific business groups in India. In this role, the Sr. HRBP will directly support the client teams in India through the phase of rapid growth to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to help the organization scale sustainably. This work includes, but is not limited to, proposing and implementing org design solutions, providing change leadership, increasing workforce capability, managing talent, leading organization development projects and support on-going process improvement for HR programs spanning across Synopsys South Asia (4000+ employees).
Experience:- 8-12 years
Location - Bangalore

The ideal candidate will love to partner with business managers on strategic people initiatives, have the ability to implement and optimize HR processes, as well as identify and drive appropriate solutions in employee relations, HR policies and processes.
