Job Objective: HR generalist profile should have deep knowledge in HR domain and will contribute to HR technology and ensuring smooth delivery & expert to manage client relationships and oversee service delivery for HR software implementations.

1. Client Consulting:
• Act as the primary HR technology consultant for clients, understanding their business needs and recommending suitable HR software solutions.
• Manage client expectations, ensuring high satisfaction and successful product adoption.
• Conduct product demonstrations, requirement gathering, and solution mapping.
2. HR Software Implementation & Support:
• Oversee end-to-end deployment of HR software solutions (e.g., HRMS, ATS, Payroll, Performance Management, LMS).
• Ensure seamless integration of HR software with existing client systems.
• Troubleshoot software issues, collaborate with technical teams, and provide expert guidance for issue resolution.
• Stay updated with emerging HR technology trends and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Educational Background: MBA/PGDM in HR.
Required Skills:
• Proven min 5 to 6years of experience in HR Functions.
• Communication & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong Administrative Skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with clients.
• Flexible in travelling for client visit
Salary - Up to 8lpa (Negotiable depends on present package & candidature)
