Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Generalist located in Banswara. The Senior Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing benefits administration on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications
• Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies
• Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration skills
• Experience in handling HR functions in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Compensation would be 5LPA, slightly negotiable
