Senior Human Resources Manager

These platforms engage the audience with the work of talented content creators and music artists. We are aiming for new ways to create relatable content and build prolific partnerships. Role and Responsibilities: • Align the HR strategy with the company’s business objectives. Collaborate with senior leadership to define the company’s long-term mission and goals. • Oversee the Talent acquisition vertical efforts to ensure top talent presence. • Develop and manage a performance review process that is aligned with team objectives. • Design and implement training programs and professional development opportunities. • Develop a competitive compensation and benefits package to support hiring and retention efforts. • Ensure all HR activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Produce timely reports on HR metrics. • Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture. Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement. Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management. • Expertise in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and L&D. • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of the team. • Experience in strategizing and managing HR policies and procedures
