Job Title: Senior Manager - Human Resources Industry: Retail Budget: Up to 50 LPA Location: Gurgaon Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager - HR to join our client in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in both the business side of HR and operational aspects such as payroll and compensation. The role requires a grounded professional who can effectively manage relationships with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: HR Leadership Assist in leading the HR department, implementing strategic HR initiatives, and ensuring alignment with business goals. Business Partnering: Work closely with business leaders to understand their needs and provide HR support to drive business results. Operational Excellence: Oversee HR operations including payroll, compensation, and benefits management to ensure smooth and efficient processes. Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization. Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage and communicate with stakeholders, ensuring cultural sensitivity and effective collaboration. Succession Planning: Prepare to take on the role of Head of HR within the next 5 years by demonstrating leadership capabilities and strategic vision. Requirements: Experience: 8-12 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in both business partnering and operational HR functions. Skills: Proven experience in payroll, compensation, and benefits management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in managing cross-cultural relationships. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A master's degree or MBA in HR is preferred.
