As we aim to deploy 10,000 Community Health Workers (CHWs) in the next 4 years and reach a population of 200 million, iKure is on the cusp of significant growth in the primary care space.

To support our growth, we are seeking a Senior HR Manager who will be responsible for designing and implementing a strong HR strategy and building a motivated and skilled team.
This position requires exceptional communication skills, a passion for HR, and the ability to work with diverse teams, including international partnerships and research organizations.
Responsibilities:
HR Strategy and Planning: Design and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives, ensuring effective workforce planning, talent acquisition, development, and retention.
Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to understand organizational needs and establish HR policies, programs, and initiatives.
Develop and implement performance management systems, succession planning, and career development frameworks.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Develop and maintain effective talent pipelines, both locally and internationally, to meet the organization's talent needs.
Implement onboarding programs to ensure a smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
Create and manage employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Learning and Development:
Assess training needs across various departments and levels, and develop comprehensive learning and development programs.
Identify and leverage external training and development opportunities to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
Implement performance improvement plans and provide coaching and mentoring support to employees.
Employee Relations and Compliance:
Establish and maintain positive employee relations by addressing grievances, conflicts, and performance issues in a timely and effective manner.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
International Partnerships and Research Collaborations:
Collaborate with international research organizations and partners to design and build teams for research projects and internships.
Ensure effective coordination and communication between Indian and international teams.
Work with partner organizations and stakeholders to develop and implement joint HR strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
An MBA in HR is preferred.
8-10 years of progressive experience in HR management, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
Proven track record in designing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work with a diverse workforce and manage teams across various functions.
Experience in working with international teams and partner organizations is a plus.
Knowledge of research collaborations and internships is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
