Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic HR Leadership: Serve as a strategic advisor to the senior leadership team, translating business strategy into effective HR solutions.
• Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Spearhead end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on attracting top-tier manufacturing, technical, and operational talent.
• Performance Management & Rewards: Develop and implement a performance management framework using KPIs/OKRs to ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment with business goals.
• Employee & Industrial Relations: Oversee employee relations across plants and project locations, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant practices.
