Experience 8 years with at-least 4 years to be in Pharma Sector
Qualification – MBA HR preferred

Location – Delhi Head Office, Vasant Vihar
Reporting to – Director
Travel – Max 5 days in a month
Job Responsibility
• Recruitment of open positions at various level within sales, marketing, finance, supplychain etc.
• Talent Management – Ensuring the team is engaged & motivated to deliver result
• Supervising Payroll Management & Legal Compliance of employees
• Implement Learning & Development Process
• Implement Reward & Recognition
About the company: A company started in 2020 is engaged in business of Sales & Marketing of Pharma Products through Ethical & Generic Channels. We have a team of 75 people across India. We deal in 300+ Formulations. We have 2 manufacturing plants in pipe-line for all product segment ( Intravenous products, Tablets, Capsules Injections & Syrups). We are building up team for aggressive growth with a mission to reach 1000 Cr by 2026. Company is preparing for strong Exports business through it’s existing & new formulations sourced from India as well as Europe. The company is promoted by a strong group Silica Industries having 3000+ Cr turnover across diversified segment of petroleum & Infrastructure. The Healthcare business is professionally managed by Team of Pharma Veterans having 30+ years of Experience across leading brands like CIPLA, CLARIS , AISHWARYA, GLAXO etc
