Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandigarh, Jalandhar, Siliguri, Nizamabad & Hyderabad. The Senior Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and recruiting top talent across various sectors. They will manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation. The role also involves collaborating with hiring managers, conducting candidate screenings, and coordinating interviews. Additionally, the recruiter will participate in job fairs and networking events to attract potential candidates.
Qualifications
• Experience in talent sourcing, interviewing, and recruitment
• Must have excellent communication skills in English.
• Knowledge in managing the recruitment process and conducting candidate screenings
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and coordinate interviews
• Participation in job fairs and networking events
• Experience in the relevant industries (hospitality, manufacturing, banking, construction, oil & gas, aviation, automotive) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
Job Location - Chandigarh / Jalandhar / Siliguri / Nizamabad / Hyderabad
Salary - 4.0 to 4.5 LPA
