About the Role
As a Senior HR Strategic Partner, you will take the lead in designing and implementing strategic HR solutions tailored to our business objectives and global growth initiatives. You will act as a trusted consultant to leaders across various regions, providing expertise in:
• Employee relations
• Organizational effectiveness
• Talent development
• Onboarding
• Workforce planning
This position will also involve acting as a key HR partner to our Early Phase clinical units, supporting teams engaged in first-in-human studies through to early patient trials within our global early development network. Your collaboration will span scientific, clinical, operational, and regulatory teams based at our dedicated early phase sites in Glendale, CA, and Baltimore, MD. By supporting these specialized units, you will help foster a dynamic environment that values scientific insight, quality, and expediency as we advance innovative therapies through early clinical development.
We provide a flexible hybrid work environment, requiring onsite presence two days a week at the Glendale EPCU unit, with the option for remote work on the remaining days.
Key Responsibilities
• Organizational Effectiveness: Analyze HR data to discover trends and improvement opportunities, and propose solutions to enhance service quality and employee experience.
• Talent Development: Drive initiatives that ensure employees possess the necessary skills for present and future challenges, collaborating with HR partners on coaching and learning programs.
• Project & Program Leadership: Lead global HR projects and support crucial HR processes such as performance management and salary planning.
• Coaching & Leadership Support: Provide consultative coaching to enhance managerial capabilities and address complex challenges.
• Employee Relations: Manage intricate employee relations issues while maintaining strong partnerships with regional leadership.

• Bachelor's degree required; PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• Experience in a hospital setting is an advantage.

Base Pay Range: $85,000 - $130,000. Actual salaries may vary based on education, training, experience, professional achievement, and location. Our talent acquisition team will provide additional details regarding bonus plans and potential incentive programs.
