About the Role
We are looking for a Senior & Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Indian taxation, accounting standards, and compliance, along with hands-on experience in Tally ERP. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and supporting management with insights for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations in Tally ERP.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory & banking requirements.
Prepare and review financial statements, MIS, and tax filings.
Handle monthly/annual closing of books and coordinate audits.
Manage accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
Support budgeting, cash flow, and financial planning.
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
3+ years of experience in accounting and compliance.
Strong knowledge of Indian Taxation & Accounting Standards.
Proficiency in Tally ERP (mandatory).
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query).
CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred.
